| INGREDIENTS 6 green bananas 1 small onions 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 lb conch 1 tsp salt 1 hot pepper 1/2 lb shortening |
| METHOD: 1. Peel rinse and grate green bananas 2. Grind together conchs, onion and hot pepper 3. Add into the banana mixture and blend. 4. Add black pepper and salt to taste blending thoroughly. 5. Fry in deep fat, drain on gresed paper. Serve Hot |
