INGREDIENTS

Sugarcane
Ginger fresh to taste
 
METHOD:

1. Cut the cane in pieces. Wash.
2. Squeeze juice from cane. Then strain and pour into a pot.
3. Grate ginger. Add to juice and mix.
4. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 mins.
5. Sieve hot.
