EGG FLIP
 
INGREDIENTS

1 egg
2 tsp sugar
1/2 pt. milk
1 tsp. brandy or rum or desired
 
METHOD:

1. Remove the speck from the egg. Add the sugar and beat well. Heat the milk, and when hot, but by no means... boiling, pour it unto the egg. Stir well, add brandy of rum if used. Serve in a glass.
