FRIED FISH CREOLE STYLE
 
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lbs fresh fish
1 - 2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 limes or vinegar
coconut oil or fat
1 small
 
METHOD:

1. Mix together fish, bread crumbs, seasoning lemon juice, and egg to a soft consistency.
2. Put in well greased loaf tin and sprinkle with brown bread crumbs on all sides.
3. Bake in moderate oven for 30 mins. Serve hot.
