FISH BALLS
 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups water
1 lb fish fillets
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
bread crumbs for frying
1 1/2 tbs. tomato paste
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tbs chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp recardo
dash thyme, salt and pepper to taste
 
METHOD:

1. Gently simmer fish in water 8-10 mins. Drain, place into bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and shape into small balls (1 in.)
(except bread crumbs)
3. Allow to set 10-15 mins on plate or paper towel
4. Roll in 1 cup fine bread crumbs
5. Slowly brown until golden
Drain and serve
