| INGREDIENTS 1 cleaned 4 lb fish cut into 8 pieces 1 pinch anato 2-3 plugs garlic 1 - 1 ½ tsp. salt 1 -2 tsps. red pepper 5 -6 leaves colantro or 1 leaf ginger |
| METHOD: 1. Put fish in pan and cover with water. Put over hot fire. Add salt and pepper. Bring to boil. 2. Add (anato) then other ingredients. Bring to boil and let boil 1 min. Remove from fire. 3. Serve with toritillas and/or rice. |
