FISH LOAF
 
INGREDIENTS

12 ozs. minced fish
4 ozs. white bread crumbs
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp. celery
1 tbsp onion chopped
1 egg
1 cup brown bread crumbs
 
METHOD:

1. Mix together fish, bread crumbs, seasoning lemon juice, and egg to a soft consistency.
2. Put in well greased loaf tin and sprinkle with brown bread crumbs on all sides.
3. Bake in moderate oven for 30 mins. Serve hot.
