INGREDIENTS

Peel from a orange
1 pt. milk
1 tbsp superfine sugar
 
METHOD:

1. Put the orange peel in deep bowl, heat milk to boiling point and pour over the peel. Allow to steep for about 15 mins., then stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove peel. Chill drink thoroughly. Serve in tumblers. Makes 2 servings.
