PAW PAW DRINK
Peel and remove seeds from a ripe fruit. Cut into small pieces, cover with water and mash with a spoon. Strain through a coarse sieve or strainer. Sweeten to taste with sugar, and add a little lime juice to flavour if desired.
 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups pawpaw puree
3 cups of milk
6 tbsps sugar or sweeten to taste
 
METHOD:

1. Strain pawpaw, add milk, sugar to taste, and ice cubes then serve.
