SORREL DRINK
 
INGREDIENTS

3 lbs sorrel
2 lbs sugar
1/2 lb ginger
3 qts water
 
METHOD:

1. Wash sorrel. Cut open and pick out seeds. Discard seeds.
2. Boil sorrel with crushed ginger for 15 mins. Set aside to cool.
3. Strain. Add sugar.
4. Serve on ice.
