SOUR SOP TREAT
 
INGREDIENTS

1 large soursop
1 tin condensed milk
4 cups cold water
1/2 tsp grated lime rind
1/2 cup rum
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
 
METHOD:

1. Wash and peel soursop. Mash in a bowl with lime rind.
2. Add two cups water. Mix well and strain.
3. Add remainder of water to pulp, retain strained liquid. Sweeten and add nutmeg.
4. Chill thoroughly.
5. When ready to serve, add rum and pour over cracked ice.
