CORN TORTILLAS
 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups masa
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
 
METHOD:

1. Mix ingredients together. Knead until smooth. Divide into balls. Flatten to 1/4 in. thick. Place between waxed paper and roll to 6 ins size or use tortilla press.
2. Cook on hot, ungreased skillet one minute. Turn and cook 1/2 min.
