ORANGE CORIANDER ROLLS
 
INGREDIENTS

2 tbsps yeast
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup molasses
1 tbsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup margarine
finely grated rind of 1 orange
3 tbsps ground coriander seeds
2 cups whole wheat flour
4-5 cups flour
 
METHOD:

1. Proof yeast in water
2. Then add molasses, salt, egg, margarine, 2 cups flour and spices. Beat very well.
3. Slowly add in 4-5 cups flour until a soft dough is formed.
(Dough may be refrigerated, covered, at this point for up to 4 days)
4. Knead lightly. Allow to rise until double then shape into rolls (3 dozen)
5. Optional - Brush with margarine and sprinkle with some more ground seeds.
6. Allow to rise again until nearly double.?
7. Bake at 375°F for 15 mins.
