| INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 cups cornmeal 3/4 cups of flour 1 tbsp cooking oil or margarine 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar |
| METHOD: 1. Mix together dry ingredients. 2. Beat egg, add milk, then cooking oil or melted margarine. 3. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients combine with a few quick strokes. 4. Grease a 9" x 9" pan. Pour batter into pan and bake in a hot oven for about 25 mins. |
