CASSAVA BREAD
 
INGREDIENTS

4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups grated cassava
1 tsp salt
3 tsps yeast
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp melted fat
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
 
METHOD:

1. Add yeast and sugar to water and let stand to rise.
2. Add salt, lard, and egg to lukewarm milk.
3. Add flour and cassava and stir well. Add yeast mixture. Stir.
4. Knead until smooth and elastic.
5. Shape and desired and put in greased tin and let rise until double its size. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 mins
