DEER LOAF
 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 sweet green pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cups milk
1 medium onion minced
1 1/2 lbs ground deer meat
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp recardo
 
METHOD:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly.
2. Press mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch of loaf tin. Bake in a hot oven 375°F to 400°F.
3. Drain off drippins. Turn out on a serving plate.
