| INGREDIENTS 4 large ripe bananas peeled and sliced lenghtwise 2 tsps. sugar 1/2 lemon or lime 1 spoon rum 1 tsp butter 1 pt. milk 3 tsps. custard powder |
| METHOD
- BANANAS: 1. Place bananas in regular dish. Sprinkle lime juice and sugar. Set aside for a few minutes. 2. Pour rum over the bananas, and dot with butter. 3. Bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes METHOD - CUSTARD: |
