BELIZEAN ORANGE TART
 
INGREDIENTS

10 ozs butter, diced
1/2 tsp salt
10 tbsps salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract or the juice of 1 lemon
 
CASHEW NUTS FILLING:

4 eggs
8 ozs cashew nuts(crushed)
10 tbsps sugar
juice of 1 lg lemon
12 tbsps evaporated milk (chilled and whipped juice and grated rind of 1 large orange)

ORANGE TOPPING:
Peeled oranges
6 ozs white sugar
6 tbsps orange
marmalade (sieved)
