COW FOOT JELLO
 
INGREDIENTS

1 cow foot
1 package cool aid
(dissolved in 1/2 glass water)
dash of brandy or rum
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tin condensed (sweet) milk
 
METHOD:

1. Wash and clean cow foot properly.
2. Boil until meat falls off bones.
3. Strain through cheese cloth or sieve.
4. Let stand for 15 mins, strain off oil or fat from top of liquid.
5. Add dissolved cool aid and stir till color is even.
6. Add brandy or rum, nutmeg and sweeten to taste.
7. Let stand in refrigerator til set.
8. Serve as dessert.
