| CUSTARD SUPRISE |
| INGREDIENTS 2 tbsps jam 4 eggs 1 pt. milk pinch of salt 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg |
| METHOD: 1. Spread jam in bottom of deep baking dish. 2. Beat eggs well. Stir in milk, salt and sugar. Pour over jam in dish. 3. Springkle top with nutmeg. 4. Place dish in another pan of cold water so that water reaches half way up dish sides. 5. Bake in hot oven for 1 1/4 hour. |
