2 egg whites
1/2 cup honey
dash salt
 
METHOD - BANANAS:

1. Combine egg whites with salt ina bowl. Beat until stiff peaks are formed. Pour honey in a fine stream over the egg white, beating constantly for 4 mins until smooth and creamy.
