| INGREDIENTS 2 egg whites lemon juice sugar |
| METHOD
- BANANAS: 1. Put white of 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Heat 3 mins. 2. Add another tbsp sugar, beat again. 3. Continue until egg is stiff and glossy, adding lemon juice just before it is finished. 4. Spread on cake and let stand until set. |
