HONEY BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS 9 cups day old bread crumbs 10 tbsps. margarine 5 1/2 cups honey 5 tsps vanilla 10 eggs 6 cups milk

METHOD: 1. Place the bread cubes in a dish, salt, eggs and vanilla. Slowly stir in the milk. Pour the mixture over the bread. 2. Set the baking dish in a pan of hot water and bake at 350°F (moderate oven) for 30-40 mins or until pudding is set.
