HONEY CANDY

INGREDIENTS 1 lb honey 1/4 lb sugar 2 ozs butter

METHOD: 1. Boil ingredients until they harden when dropped in cold water. Turn out into shallow plates and when cool enough to handle, twist or work into desired shapes.
