ORANGE-DATE HONEY

INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups honey 3 tbsps orange juice 2 tsps grated orange peel 3 tbsps diced dates

METHOD: 1. Blend ingredients in top of double boiler and heat over hot water until mixture is quite warm. 2. Serve on waffles or pancakes.
