PEANUT CLUSTERS
 
INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup evap milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

 

METHOD:

1. In large saucepan beat sugar, butter and milk to boiling, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat. Mix in Peanut Butter and vanilla.
3. Stir in oats and nuts.
4. Drop onto wax paper.
5. Let stand until firm.
