| RAISIN CRUMBLE |
| INGREDIENTS 2 cups raisins 6 ozs flour 3 ozs butter or margarine 2 ozs sugar pinch of salt |
| METHOD: 1. Sift flour and salt into bowl. Cut in fat lightly. Stirrin sugar. 2. Place raisins in the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled mixture over raisins. 3. Bake in hot oven for one hour. 4. Serve hot with whipped cream. |
