| INGREDIENTS 4 ozs butter or margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 oz sugar 4 ozs. flour |
| METHOD: 1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Beat in vanilla, gradually add flour. 3. Spread mixture into lightly greased 7 in sq. tin or spoon it into a piping bag and pipe the mixture into 15 large rosettes on a baking tray. 4. Place in a moderate oven at 350°F for 20-25 mins. 5. Leave in tin to cool. |
