| INGREDIENTS Butter or margarine............1 lb. or 2 cups Powdered sugar................1 lb or 3 1/2 cups Vanilla..............................1/3 oz or 2 tsbs Eggs.................................5 ozs or 3 tsps Flour (cake) sifted............1 1/8 lb or 4 1/2 cups Salt..................................1/2 tsp |
| METHOD: 1. Cream butter. Gradually add sugar, creaming thoroughly. Add vanilla. 2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. 3. Add flour and salt and mix. 4. Drop into greased sheet or press through pastry tube. 5. Bake at 300°F for 20 mins. Makes 100 cookies. |
