| FLOUR TORTILLAS |
| INGREDIENTS 4 cups flour 2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. lard 1 cup water |
| METHOD: 1. Mix flour and salt together. Cut in the lard. Stir in water. 2. Knead until smooth about 3 mins. Add more flour if neccesary. 3. Divide into 10 balls. Roll on floured surface into round shape. 4. Cook on hot ungreased skillet one minute. Turn and cook 1/2 min. |
