BELIZEAN FISH CHOWDER SOUP
 
INGREDIENTS

1 tin evaporated milk
1 cup flour
1 lb fish
2 tbsps chopped onions
4 cups water
1 tin celery soup
2 tbsps chopped sweet peppers
Seasoning: season all, garlic salt, black pepper
 
METHOD:

1. In a pot melt butter. Stir in flour. Add water and milk, stirring with a wisk.
2. Add vegetables, celery soup and fish. Bring to boil. Stir to keep it from sticking.
3. Add seasonings to taste.
4. Cook until fish is done.
