GROUNDSY OIL GRAVY

METHOD: To prepare this delicious gravy to your meat, especialy wild or game meat, you need to have your meat seasoned for stewing. Then: 1. Brown meat on all sides in hot fat. 2. Add all seasonings to browned meat, i.e. onions, peppers, etc. 3. When meat is stewed soft enough, add the thick milk of one coconut. 4. Allow to cook down until gravy becomes brown and oily, about 10 - 15 mins.
