| BREADFRUIT JAM |
| INGREDIENTS 1 breadfruit, ripe 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup lime juice 1 tsp. cinnamon |
| METHOD: 1. Cook breadfruit until mushy. Drain, mash and pass through a sieve. 2. Measure 1 cup breadfruit to the 3/4 cup sugar. Cook slowly. 3. Add lime juice and cinnamon. Cook another 15 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. |
