BIRD PEPPER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS 32 bird peppers about 1 pint mango wine (bird peppers are very hot small red peppers)

METHOD: 1. Half full a stoppered bottle with bird peppers. 2. Pour mango wine over peppers. As the mango wine is used top up again once or twice. 3. Use in soup or stews.
