| INGREDIENTS 2 1/4 lb corn kernels, fresh or canned 2 lg red peppers, seeded 2 lg green peppers, seeded 2 lbs sugar 1 tbsp coarse salt 14 ozs white cabbage, chopped 5 ozs celery, finely chopped 1 medium onion 1 tbsp dry mustard 1 1/2 pts. white or cedar vinegar |
| METHOD: 1. Mince or chop the vegetables. 2. Mix with rest of ingredients, cook until corn is tender - about 15 minutes 3. Bottle and seal. 4. If canned corn is used, cooking time can be cut to 8-10 mins. |
