PRESERVED PINEAPPLE SLICES
 
INGREDIENTS

6 cups pineapple
6 cups sugar
4 cups water
 
METHOD:

1. Peel pineapple, remove eggs. Slice into rings and remove center heart.
2. Add water, cook until tender.
3. Add sugar, cook until fruit is clear and syrup thickened.
4. Pour into wide mouthed sterilized jars.
5. Process.
