SPANISH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS 1 chicken washed and cut up 1 tin tomato paste 1 lb onoions sliced Worcestershire sauce Butter or margarine Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD: 1. Mix all ingredients well and add to chicken. Put into baking dish, dot with butter and bake till chicken is tender and brown. 2. Remove form oven. Brown chicken again in little butter in large pan and add the gravy. 3. Serve decorated with lettuce, potato chips and tomato wedges.
