VEGETABLE SOUP
 
INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb fresh carrots
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb potato
1/2 sm. onion
2 ozs. callaboo
2 pts. stock or water
 
METHOD:

1. Peel, rinse and cut vegies into small pieces.
2. Add stock or water and seasoning.
3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve hot.
