CANE WINE
 
INGREDIENTS

3 lbs sugar
3 joints sugarcane
(about 3 lbs.)
4 - 6 pts. water
1 tsp yeast
 
METHOD:

1. Cut cane into pieces.
2. Put all ingredients into a clean jar and set for 2 weeks.
3. Strain, wash jar and return wine to jar after 2 more weeks. Bottle off.
