COCONUT WINE NO. 2
 
INGREDIENTS

2 coconuts grated
1 gallon water
1 tbsp yeast
3 lbs. white sugar
few cloves
 
METHOD:

1. Extract milk from grated coconut until there is no white milk in it.
2. Heat water and pour over coconut.
3. Add yeast and sweeten.
4. Leave for 1 week and strain.
5. Leave for another 2 weeks to crystalize.
6. Strain and bottle.
