CORN WINE
 
INGREDIENTS

1 pt. shelled corn
3-4 sticks of spice
5lbs white sugar
1 gallon water
 
METHOD:

1. Wash and soak corn overnight.
2. Rinse and grind.
3. Dissolve sugar in water add spice and ground corn.
4. Leave for 2 weeks.
5. Strain and bottle off.
