CASSAVA WINE
 
INGREDIENTS

2 lbs cassava thinly sliced
2 ozs ginger
1 gallon water
4 lbs white sugar
1 tsp yeast
 
METHOD:

1. Placed sliced cassava in a jar and heat one gallon water.
2. Pour over cassava and add ginger and yeast.
3. Sweeten with sugar.
4. Leave for two weeks.
5. Strain and bottle.
