GINGER WINE NO. 1
 
INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb ginger
1 gallon water
2 tsp yeast
1/2 oz spice
4 lbs sugar
1/2 ozs mace
 
METHOD:

1. Crush ginger and put into jar.
2. Add all other ingredients and leave for 21 days.
3. Strain and bottle off.
