| GRAPEFRUIT WINE |
| INGREDIENTS 1 doz grapefruits 1/2 lb prunes 2 qts. water 1 yeast cake 1/2 lb raisins 2 1/2 cups sugar |
| METHOD: Juice grapefruits, for every quart juice, and add 2 quarts water. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Wash and seed raisins also prunes. Add to juice. Add yeast cake mix thoroughly, put into a clean jar, cover tightly and let stand for 2 weeks. Add the peel of one grapefruit after ther first 2 days. Bottle and store. |
