| GUAVA WINE |
| INGREDIENTS 1 lb guava 1 lb raisins 1/2 yeast cake 1 lb. granulated sugar 1/2 tsp mixed spice 3 pts. water |
| METHOD: 1. Wash and cut guavas, place in a jar with raisins and sugar, boil water and put to cool (body temperature). Mix in yeast and spice. Pour on other ingredients. 2. Cover and allow to stand for 21 days. Strain and bottle. Makes 1 quart. |
