MANGO WINE
 
INGREDIENTS

6 large green mangoes
3 lbs sugar
6 pts water
2 tsps yeast
a few cloves
 
METHOD:

1. Wash mangoes, peel thinly and grate.
2. Sweeten water in jar and add grated fruit.
3. Sprinkle cloves and leave for 10 days.
4. Strain and bottle off.
