| RICE WINE |
| INGREDIENTS 8 qts water 1/2 lb. raisins 1/2 lb rice (crushed) 3 lbs brown sugar 1/2 sweet orange 1 1/2 pkg. yeast 1/2 lb prunes |
| METHOD: 1. Boil and cool water. 2. Slice orange with rind and add to water. 3. Wash and cut fruits and add to other ingredients. 4. Place in plastic or glass container and leave for 21 days, stirring each day. 5. Strain, bottle and leave to mature. Yield 1/4 quart. |
