SPAGHETTI AND FISH PIE
 
INGREDIENTS

2 lbs butter or margarine
2 lbs flour
1/4 lb grated cheese
1 egg
1/2 lb cooked mashed fish
1/4 lb cooked spaghetti
1 cup milk
seasoning to taste
 
METHOD:

1. Melt butter or margarine over low flame, add flour, cook until mixture begins to thicken. Add milk and seasoning, gradually stirring and bring to a boil. Stir until smooth.
2. Add cheese, remove from fire and stir till cheese id dissolved.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter or margarine.
4. Bake 30 mins in moderate oven.
